FAMILY PRACTICE PROVIDER IOWA

We are seeking a Family Practice provider who wants continuity of care for his/her patients. You will have both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities as you grow with your patients from pediatrics through geriatrics.

This is a federally qualified community health center.  You will have the benefit of a 4 day, 36 hour work week.  Three 8 hour days and 1 12 hour day.  The other 4 hours is to allow you administration time.

They qualify as a level 3 medical home (higher level set by joint commission).  On site you have the advantage of dental services; labs; HIV program and social services, pharmacists.  They are just getting behavioral health together.

They do qualifiy for federal loan repayment, malpractice insurance and occurrence based tail coverage.
