Job Description
|
About the position:
· 100% Outpatient Family Practice
· Very competitive starting salary
· 90 day salary review with an increase in salary
· Potential for Urgent care for an additional $80.00 per hour
· No call
· Set hours- Monday through Friday
· CME plus $1,500.00
· Two week vacation first year then increasing weeks
· All malpractice and tail occurrence coverage included
· Full benefit package including company matching contribution up to 4%
· Eligible for loan repayment: $30,000 in year 1; up to $170,000 over 6 years
Qualifications:
· Board Certified or Board eligible Family Practice
· Indiana License
· Experienced Provider/Recent Family Medicine Residency Graduate
· Spanish is a Plus, but not required
· Solid communication skills
