·         Available for full time within 60 days from date of offer would be a huge plus. 
·         Able to work a full time schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30, rotate call schedule (phone call only)
·         Proficient with Medical Electronic Health Records, no dictation, must be comfortable with data entry, templates, etc.
·         Productivity – able to see a minimum of 3 patients per hour
·         Able to see ALL ages, newborn to geriatric
·         Bilingual, English/Spanish – Must be fluent (Speaking, Reading, Writing, no translators)
·         Community Medicine focus – Must have previous or current training, experience or desire – such as:
o   Community based residency program
o   Work abroad
o   Free clinic work
o   Grew up or lived in underserved community
o   Volunteer work
