Job Description

 Family Practice Provider Opportunity

Join 2 other part time general practitioners
2 full time Nurse Practitioners
3 Health Coaches for youth education
1 Behavioral health professional
 
Clinic hours are basically 8 -5pm with extended hours on Tuesday until 7 pm.
 
No nights or weekends
100% outpatient
No call
This position has the potential for you to move into a Medical Director role in the future
 
Salary is in the $150K range plus production bonuses paid quarterly
 
Malpractice and tail occurrence coverage
 
Tuition reimbursement
