Excellent opportunity with a great organization that is constantly growing! In the last 10 years the health center has more than tripled its size and the number of patients it serves. Today it has 12 state of the art health centers in the Grand Rapids area. In 2016 over 80,000 individuals will be served in the medical program, 3,500 in Behavioral Health, and 35,000 in the dental programs.

Currently the benefits include health insurance (with co-payment), dental insurance, vision, life insurance, long and short term disability insurance, 20 days of personal time, 8 paid holidays, malpractice liability coverage, and up to 5 days per year for CME. The center will pay up to $2,500 per year for CME courses, including tuition, travel and text material, and licensures. It also will pay up to $5,000 moving allowance based on receipts.

The center qualifies for the National Health Services Corps and the State Loan repayment Programs (up to $50,000 for a 2 years contract).
