RECRUITING / INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

Recruiting / Inside Sale Specialists place outbound calls and are responsible for identifying and qualifying recruitment opportunities and qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

Place outbound calls to physicians and/or dentists to educate them on the availability of job opportunities
Place outbound calls to existing clients to determine recruitment needs
Place outbound calls to market our recruiting services to prospective hospitals, clinics, and private practices
Assist in contract negotiation
Maintain records of correspondence in ACT! Sales Database

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility, and work autonomously in a professional manner
Outgoing personality who enjoys the win of the sale!
