a) COMPENSATION: Competitive compensation package
b) MOVING EXPENSE: Center will pay reasonable and customary moving expenses, up to $5,000
c) PROFESSIONAL FEES: All professional dues, fees and licenses will be paid (100%) by the Center,
d) HEALTH INSURANCE: Health and Dental insurance will be paid (100%) by the Center.
e) SHORT TERM DISABILITY: Short Term Disability insurance up to 90 days is paid (100%) by the Center beginning after the second year of employment.
f) LONG TERM DISABILITY: Long Term Disability insurance plan paid (100%) by the Center,
g) 403(b) PLAN: The Center will match 403(b) contribution, up to five percent of base salary, into the TIAA retirement system, beginning after the second year of your employment.
h) MEDICAL EDUCATION LOAN PAYMENT PROGRAM: Center qualifies for $25,000 per year in federal loan repayment funds.
i)Continuing Medical Education: You will be allowed up to $2,500 per year in expenses and 5 paid days to attend CME offerings.
