This is a great job opportunity for an ENT being offered in a town located on a lake in Northcentral Massachusetts. This is an employed position where the individual hired would be joining another physician in a private practice. It is an 18 month partnership track. This opportunity offers a very competitive salary with a longevity bonus. About 30% of the patients seen are pediatric patients. The otolaryngologist would be responsible for an average of 65 procedures per month. Surgery is done in the mornings with office hours from 1 to 5. On average, 25 patients are seen per day. The organization is looking for a General ENT/ Head and Neck Surgery, Thyroid, Skin Cancer, and Sleep procedures. Allergy training would be a plus. For this position, call is 1:3. Call is mostly calls from patients and most ER stuff can be handled over the phone.
