Community Health Clinic in Southeastern North Carolina is seeking candidates in consideration of their position for a DENTAL DIRECTOR.  Candidates MUST be North Carolina licensed, have 5+ years of dental experience, and above all - be very team-oriented in their approach to management.

• Loan Repayment - Any provider that agrees to work in Community Health for 2 years will receive $60K per year in tax free student loan repayment for the first 2 years commitment.  The amount increases to $35 K per year in the third year and you can earn as much as $200K with a 6 year commitment.  This is all TAX FREE from the Federal Government. 
• Set Hours in a traditional practice - Many of the positions are Monday – Friday 8-5PM.  This gives you the flexibility to spend time with your family, travel, or moon-light on the weekends for extra income. 
• Employed Salary Position –The number one fear new graduates when they finish their program is establishing a patient population.  The great thing about community health is YOU DON’T HAVE TO.  The community health centers are located in underserved populations where your services are in demand.  The patient population is already set and all you have to focus on is providing dental care.  You will be an employee of the community health center and will be paid a salary along with an excellent benefit package.  Your mal practice insurance will be paid and sometimes there is a production bonus as well.
